The AVATARadvisors™ Challenge is a 3-day online training program that teaches participants how to create and utilize AI-powered advisory boards. The Challenge includes live training sessions, Q&A periods, access to a private Facebook group, and follow-up mastermind calls.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to participate in the Challenge.
4. Registration and Payment
4.1. To participate in the Challenge, you must register and pay the required fee.
4.2. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our selected payment processor.
4.3. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect registrations already accepted.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Due to the exclusive and time-sensitive nature of the AVATARadvisors™ Challenge, as well as the immediate access to valuable digital content, no refunds will be issued.
5.2. By purchasing access to the Challenge, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a commitment to participate fully in the program.

5.4. While refunds are not available, we are committed to delivering high-quality content and support throughout the Challenge to ensure you receive maximum value from your investment.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. All content provided in the Challenge, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of White Beard Strategies LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. User Obligations
7.1. You agree to use the Challenge for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Challenge.
7.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
7.3. You agree not to share, resell, or distribute access to the Challenge or any related materials without our express written permission.
8. Facebook Group Rules
8.1. Participation in the private Facebook group is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and our group-specific rules.
8.2. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of discussions within the group and not share Challenge content outside the group.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Challenge is provided "as is" without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. We do not guarantee any specific results from participating in the Challenge.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, White Beard Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
11. AI Tools and Third-Party Services
11.1. The Challenge may require the use of third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these tools.
11.2. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
