Is this training beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our trainings are designed so both beginners and advanced users can make progress quickly. We walk you through step-by-step so you always know exactly what to do.
I didn’t receive the training emails/resources. What should I do?
This may happen for a few common reasons:
• Emails went to spam/junk → Please check there first.
• Do Not Disturb (DND) is enabled → this often happens when you accidentally unsubscribe, mark our emails as spam, or report as spam.
Quick Fixes:
• Whitelist our email (add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email contacts list).
• Contact us at [email protected] if you need your mailer preferences updated in the event DND was triggered due to accidental or intentional unsubscribe.
If you’ve taken trainings with us before, check your GHL training portal (https://tac.whitebeardstrategies.com/home) to see if the training appears on your dashboard as you are automatically added to the relevant community after registration.
Is this different from other trainings I’ve taken with you?
Every training Jonathan teaches is completely new, he doesn’t repeat or duplicate past sessions because AI evolves too quickly. Each workshop is designed to solve a specific problem using the most current tools, workflows and real-world applications available right now.If you want practical prompts, systems,GPTs and shortcuts you can use immediately in your business or creative work, you’ll be a great fit and if you’re still unsure, send us a quick email with your situation, we’ll help point you in the right direction.
Do I need any special software or paid tools?
Most trainings use free versions of AI tools. Currently all recommended agentic AI tools do require a subscription to the related services with the exception of OpenClaw (which we will discuss but not recommend for most users due to the technical nature of the proper and secure setup). Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, and Manus require a subscription (~$20/month USD) to access their agentic capabilities.
Can I ask questions if I’m only watching the replay?
Of course! You can submit questions through the training portal inside the community.
AI Agent Advantage™ Challenge Training Terms and Conditions
By purchasing access to the AI Agent Advantage™ Challenge Training (the "Training"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to and participating in the Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the Training.
2. Description of Service
AI Agent Advantage™ Challenge Training is a online training program. The Training includes training sessions, Q&A periods, access to a private training group, and additional resources.
3. Eligibility & Prerequisites
Participants must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. To participate effectively, you should have access to:
• A stable internet connection
• Any additional third-party tools recommended during the Training
4. Registration and Payment
To participate in the Training, you must register and pay the stated fee.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or a selected payment gateway.
Prices are subject to change, but confirmed registrations will not be affected by future price adjustments.
5. Access and Materials
Live Training Access Includes:
• Live training sessions
• Q&A access
• Private training community access
• Additional resources as provided during the training
Replay Access Includes:
• Recordings of all live sessions
• Continued access to training resources
• Group access for post-Training implementation support
• Replay access will remain available for 12 months from the date of the live training unless removed due to third-party platform restrictions.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program and the immediate delivery of training assets, no refunds will be issued. By enrolling, you agree to commit to full participation.
The sole exception to this policy is outlined in Section 10.1 regarding replay delivery technical difficulties, where a complimentary course registration coupon may be provided in lieu of replay access.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided in the Training, including but not limited to training sessions, prompts, templates, automation guides, and other resources are the intellectual property of White Beard Strategies LLC and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without express written permission.
8. User Obligations
Participants agree to:
• Use the content solely for their own learning and business application
• Maintain access confidentiality (no sharing login details or content externally)
• Abide by instructions given within the Training
You may NOT:
• Resell or distribute any Training content
• Use the training to create competing content or offerings
• Share proprietary materials outside the Training group
9. Private Group Conduct
Participation in the private Training community is contingent upon:
• Respectful, constructive communication
• No self-promotion, spamming, or soliciting
• Confidentiality of Training strategies and discussions
Violation may result in removal from the group without refund.
10. Technical Support and Limitations
We provide limited technical support through:
• Training Q&A sessions
• Community posts and moderator guidance
We are not responsible for:
• Functionality or uptime of third-party services
• Changes to third-party tools
• Internet or device issues on the participant's end
10.1 Replay Delivery Guarantee
In the event that White Beard Strategies LLC is unable to deliver replay recordings to participants within seven (7) days of a live training session due to technical difficulties, recording failures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the remedy shall be a complimentary registration coupon to any available training course of equivalent or lower value from our course library, rather than a monetary refund.
Participants will be notified by email within seven (7) days if replay delivery will not be possible and provided with a complimentary course registration coupon.
Participants may select any available training course priced at the same or lower value as their original purchase.
The complimentary course registration coupon must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of issuance
This provision applies only when replay delivery is completely unavailable, not for delays in delivery
Course selection is subject to availability and scheduling.
This remedy is provided in lieu of any refund claims related to replay access (see Section 6)
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Training is provided "as-is" for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee:
• Specific outcomes, financial or otherwise
• Continuous access to third-party tools, applications or platforms
• Any form of success without participant implementation and effort
Your results will vary based on your input, execution, and industry variables.
