By purchasing access to the AI Amplified Challenge (the "Challenge"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before participating in the AI Amplified Challenge (the "Challenge") operated by White Beard Strategies LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to and participating in the Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not participate in the Challenge.
Description of Service
The AI Amplified Challenge is a 2-day online training program that teaches participants how to leverage and amplify their existing expertise using AI tools. The Challenge includes live training sessions, Q&A periods, access to a private Facebook group, comprehensive frameworks, and implementation strategies.
Eligibility & Prerequisites
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to participate in the Challenge. You must maintain your own valid account with either ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and/or Perplexity.ai throughout the Challenge. You are responsible for ensuring your AI platform accounts remain in good standing during the Challenge.
Registration and Payment
To participate in the Challenge, you must register and pay the required fee: $97 for live challenge access, $147 for replay access after the challenge period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our selected payment processor. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect registrations already accepted.
Access and Materials
Live Challenge Access includes: Live training sessions on November 25-26, 2024, at 3pm EST, Q&A periodsPrivate Facebook group access, All challenge materials and resources, Technical support during the challenge period, Replay Access includes: Recording of all training sessions, Challenge materials and resources, Facebook group access, Replay access will remain available until/unless removed by Facebook and/or YouTube platform policies
Refund Policy
Due to the exclusive and time-sensitive nature of the AI Amplified Challenge, as well as the immediate access to valuable digital content, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing access to the Challenge, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a commitment to participate fully in the program.

You agree not to: Share access to the Challenge, Distribute challenge materials, Resell or commercialize challenge content, Share proprietary frameworks or methodologies
Facebook Group Rules
Participation in the private Facebook group is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and our group-specific rules. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of discussions within the group. You agree not to share Challenge content outside the group. You agree not to engage in any form of promotional activity or sales in the group.
