AI Command Center 2.0™  |  3-Day Challenge Training

Your AI Has a Memory.
Now Give It a Team.

A memory makes your AI remember your business. A team makes your AI run it. Over three live days you build the specialist roles, the shared business brain they draw from, and the workflows that hand work from one specialist to the next—so you stop being the bottleneck in the middle of the work.

The Problem

You Gave Your AI Context. You're Still Doing Every Task Yourself.

“I taught my AI everything about my business, and I'm still running every task through one chat window, by hand.”

One generalist assistant is not a team. It is you, with help. No specialists, no division of labor, no one to hand the next step to.

“I've got prompts, skill files, and half-built assistants scattered everywhere, and none of them work together.”

Tools that do not connect are not a workforce. They are clutter. A real team shares one brain and passes work between roles.

“Every task starts with me re-briefing the AI on the same context before it can even begin.”

When work cannot move from one specialist to the next on its own, you become the courier. The system never compounds.

“And the one place I did build something, the platform keeps changing the rules.”

Worth solving, which is why your team lives in documents you own. But ownership is the floor. The reason to build is the team standing on it.

The fix is not another platform or a better memory. It is an AI team with a clear org chart and clean handoffs. Three live days, and you build it.

The Concept

One Shared Brain. A Team of Specialists. Workflows That Connect Them.

AI Command Center 2.0 is built in three layers. First, the Organizational Intelligence Dossier—the shared brain that holds your voice, audience, offers, and operating rules so each specialist works from the same context instead of starting cold. Second, your specialist team: individual AI roles trained for specific jobs in your business. Third, the workflows that move a task from one specialist to the next without you re-briefing at each handoff. Over three live days you build all three, in order, from the foundation up. And because each piece lives in documents you own, your team is yours. When platforms change their rules, you paste your system into the next one and keep working.

The 3-Day Live Training

What We Build Together, Day by Day

Each session runs live on Zoom at 12:00 PM ET. Ask questions in real time, build alongside the community, and leave each day with a completed piece of your system.

Day 1 — June 23

Your Organizational Intelligence Dossier

Build the shared brain that teaches any AI how your business operates. Your voice, your audience, your offers, your processes, and your positioning—in one portable file your whole team will draw from.

Day 2 — June 24

Your Specialist AI Team

Create AI specialists trained for specific jobs using your business context. We build them live from scratch so you understand the structure and can shape each role for your needs.

Day 3 — June 25

Your Workflow Engine

Connect specialists into repeatable workflows. Learn how tasks move from one role to the next without constant copy-paste or re-explaining context, and how to run the system inside your business or package it as a service.

What You Walk Away With

Everything You Build Is Yours to Keep

Your Shared Brain (the OID)

The intelligence document your whole AI team runs on, covering your voice, audience, offers, processes, positioning, and operating guidelines. One source of context every specialist draws from.

15 Specialist Skill Files

Build key specialists live and leave with ready-to-customize starter templates across marketing, sales, operations, and other core business functions.

Multi-Step Workflow System

Learn how specialists work together so tasks move from role to role without constant copy-paste or re-explaining context at each step.

Client Service Business Model

See how businesses are packaging and delivering these systems as a service, plus the maintenance work that turns it into recurring revenue.

Who This Is For

Three Kinds of People Join This Training

If You Took the AI Memory Training

You gave your AI a memory. This is the next step, not a repeat. You already have the shared brain idea, so Day 1 moves fast for you. Days 2 and 3 are where you build the team that runs on it and the workflows that connect them.

If You Bought the Original AI Command Center

You were not wrong. The Dossier framework was the right idea. The platform changed, not the idea. AI Command Center 2.0 is the evolution of what you built. If you already have a Dossier, Day 1 moves quickly because you are upgrading a foundation you understand.

If You've Been Waiting to Start

You may have watched the AI space from a distance, unsure how to go from one helpful assistant to an actual system. This gives you a platform-independent architecture from Day 1. Your AI team belongs to you, not to whichever company happens to be leading the market this month.

Jonathan Mast

Jonathan teaches entrepreneurs and small business owners how to use AI as a serious business tool, not a novelty. He builds the skills, runs the sessions, and shows the work live. Everything he teaches he uses himself. This training is no exception.

He has trained over 500,000 entrepreneurs through the AI Prompts for Entrepreneurs Facebook group.

If you have followed his work, you know what he stands for: real systems, no hype, AI that amplifies humans instead of replacing them.

This training is that philosophy in action.

FAQ

Common Questions

How Is This Different From Your AI Memory Training?

AI Memory gives your AI a memory. AI Command Center gives your AI a team. In AI Memory, you set up one knowledge base so your AI stops forgetting your business—one brain, focused on recall. AI Command Center 2.0 is what you build on top of that: a roster of specialist AI roles, a shared brain to work from, and workflows so work moves from one specialist to the next without you re-briefing at each step. You do not need the Memory training to take this. If you took it, you walk into Day 1 with a head start.

I Already Bought the Original AI Command Center. Is This Saying It Is Broken?

No. The Dossier concept you built is the foundation this is built on. The platform changed, not the idea. Custom GPTs are being phased out. AI Command Center 2.0 upgrades the architecture so your system is no longer dependent on any single platform. If you have already built a Dossier, you will move through Day 1 much faster than someone starting from scratch.

I'm Not Technical Enough for This.

If you can write a job description, you can create a Specialist Skill File. There is no coding involved. We build one together from a blank template during the training.

Why Switch From Custom GPTs if Mine Still Mostly Work?

Because the question is not whether they work today. It is whether you will still be using the same system a year from now. This architecture lives in documents you own, which means it cannot be removed by a product decision.

I Can't Sell This to Clients. I'm Not an Agency.

That is fine. The client service model is only part of Day 3. Many attendees use this system inside their own businesses to improve operations, marketing, sales, and execution.

Isn't This Just the Dossier With a New Name?

No. The OID is built on the original Dossier foundation, expanded for how modern AI tools consume context and operate across multiple platforms and multiple specialist roles. It is the next evolution of the same core idea.

What Happens if Another AI Company Changes Its Rules Too?

That is exactly why the files live outside the platform. Your OID and specialist skill files remain yours. Paste them into the next AI platform that emerges and keep working without rebuilding from scratch.
