Sellable AI Skills™ Challenge Training Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in Sellable AI Skills™ Challenge Training (the “Challenge”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or participate in the Challenge.

These Terms form an agreement between you and White Beard Strategies LLC (“White Beard Strategies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of the Challenge

Sellable AI Skills™ Challenge Training is an online educational training program designed to help participants take a designated AI skill and develop their own market, positioning, packaging, pricing, and outreach approach around it.

Depending on the registration purchased, the Challenge may include:

Live training sessions

Question-and-answer periods

Training resources and worksheets

Session recordings or replays

Access to a private Challenge community, if provided

A designated AI skill provided with the resale rights described in these Terms

Additional resources provided during the Challenge

The specific features included with your registration are those described on the applicable registration or sales page.

3. Eligibility and Prerequisites

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to participate in the Challenge.

To participate effectively, you should have:

A stable internet connection

Access to an appropriate computer or device

Access to any third-party AI tools or services required or recommended during the Challenge

Third-party software, subscriptions, usage fees, or other services are not included unless expressly stated.

4. Registration and Payment

Registration requires payment of the price shown at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or another authorized payment processor.

Prices may change at any time. A price change will not affect a registration that has already been completed and paid for.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

5. Access and Training Materials

Your registration may include access to:

Live Challenge training sessions

Question-and-answer opportunities

Training resources

Challenge community access, if offered

Session replays

The designated Sellable AI Skill

Other resources specifically identified as part of the Challenge

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable registration page, replay access will remain available for up to twelve (12) months following the live Challenge.

Access may be affected by third-party hosting platforms, technology changes, account restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Because the Challenge includes digital materials, training access, and access to proprietary assets that may be delivered immediately following registration, we do not provide refunds based on:

Failure to attend live sessions

Failure to complete the Challenge

Change of mind

Lack of implementation

Dissatisfaction with personal business results

Failure to obtain clients, sales, or income

The replay-delivery remedy described in Section 13 applies if replay recordings become completely unavailable due to circumstances described in that section.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership

Except for the limited resale rights expressly granted for the Designated Sellable AI Skill under Section 8, all Challenge materials remain the intellectual property of White Beard Strategies LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Protected materials may include, without limitation:

Training videos

Live-session recordings

Presentations

Prompts

Worksheets

Templates

Guides

Frameworks

Training documents

Community content created by White Beard Strategies

Marketing materials

Branding

Course or Challenge materials

Supporting resources

Purchasing the Challenge does not transfer ownership of White Beard Strategies intellectual property to you.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, publish, share, or commercially exploit these materials.

8. Sellable AI Skill Resale License

Your registration includes access to an AI skill specifically identified by White Beard Strategies as the “Sellable AI Skill” or otherwise expressly designated as being provided with resale rights.

Subject to these Terms, White Beard Strategies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable commercial license to:

Customize the Designated Sellable AI Skill

Rebrand the Designated Sellable AI Skill

Adapt it for a particular industry, market, customer, or use case

Package it as part of your own product or service

Use it to provide services to your customers

Sell access to your customized or branded version

Charge fees for products or services built around the Designated Sellable AI Skill

8.1 What the Resale License Does Not Include

Unless White Beard Strategies gives you separate written permission, you may not:

Claim ownership or authorship of the original White Beard Strategies training materials

Resell Challenge recordings, presentations, worksheets, templates, or other training content

Sell access to the Challenge itself

Copy or reproduce the Challenge as your own training program

Represent yourself as White Beard Strategies, Jonathan Mast, or an authorized representative of White Beard Strategies

Use White Beard Strategies trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation

Grant your customers unrestricted resale, master resale, or sublicensing rights to the original Designated Sellable AI Skill

Sell or distribute the original White Beard Strategies source materials as a competing training library or asset library

You may sell your own customized implementation of the Designated Sellable AI Skill, but your customers do not automatically receive resale or sublicensing rights unless White Beard Strategies expressly provides such rights in writing.

9. Participant Responsibility for Their Own Offer

The Challenge teaches a process and provides a Designated Sellable AI Skill, but you remain responsible for the business you build around it.

You are solely responsible for decisions relating to:

Your target market

Your offer

Your positioning

Your branding

Your pricing

Your sales process

Your marketing claims

Your customer agreements

Your customer service

Your outreach

Your compliance obligations

Your taxes

Your privacy practices

Your use of third-party platforms

White Beard Strategies does not create, approve, operate, or assume responsibility for your business or customer relationships.

10. Participant Obligations

You agree to:

Use Challenge access only for yourself

Keep your login credentials confidential

Follow applicable laws and regulations

Respect White Beard Strategies intellectual property

Follow the rules of any Challenge community

Comply with applicable third-party platform terms

Make truthful and supportable claims when marketing your own products or services

You may not:

Share your Challenge login with others

Record or redistribute Challenge sessions without permission

Resell Challenge materials other than the specifically designated Sellable AI Skill as permitted by Section 8

Copy the Challenge to create a substantially similar competing course or training program using White Beard Strategies proprietary content

Misrepresent your affiliation with White Beard Strategies

Use Challenge materials for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes

11. Private Community Conduct

If a private Challenge group or community is provided, participation is subject to reasonable community standards.

Participants must:

Communicate respectfully

Avoid harassment or abusive conduct

Avoid spam and unauthorized solicitation

Respect the confidentiality of other participants

Follow moderator instructions

White Beard Strategies may remove a participant from the community for violations of these standards.

Removal from a private group does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

12. Third-Party AI Platforms and Services

The Challenge may use or reference third-party AI models, applications, software, hosting platforms, or other technology.

Examples may include AI platforms, automation tools, payment systems, hosting services, or software applications.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, licensing requirements, commercial-use restrictions, and acceptable-use requirements of any third-party service you use.

White Beard Strategies does not control and cannot guarantee:

Third-party platform availability

Third-party pricing

Third-party feature availability

Third-party commercial-use policies

Third-party model behavior

Third-party terms of service

Third-party API availability

Continued availability of any specific AI model, feature, or tool

Changes made by third-party providers may affect how a skill or workflow functions.

The resale rights granted by White Beard Strategies do not override the terms or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

13. Technical Support and Replay Availability

White Beard Strategies may provide limited technical or implementation guidance through:

Live Challenge sessions

Question-and-answer periods

Community posts

Training resources

Moderator guidance

Unless specifically stated otherwise, this does not include individualized technical development, implementation services, or ongoing private consulting.

White Beard Strategies is not responsible for problems caused by:

Internet connectivity

Participant devices

Participant accounts

Third-party platform failures

Third-party policy changes

Third-party service interruptions

13.1 Replay Delivery Remedy

We intend to provide replay recordings of the live training sessions when replay access is included with registration.

If a recording is delayed, White Beard Strategies will make reasonable efforts to provide it as soon as practical.

If White Beard Strategies determines that a replay recording is permanently unavailable because of a recording failure, technical failure, corrupted file, or similar circumstance, White Beard Strategies may provide an alternative remedy.

That remedy may include a complimentary registration credit or coupon for another White Beard Strategies training of equal or lower value.

Any such credit:

Is provided in place of the unavailable replay

Is not redeemable for cash

Must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance

Is subject to course availability

This provision applies to a replay that is permanently unavailable, not merely delayed.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

14. No Earnings, Sales, or Client Guarantee

The Challenge is educational.

White Beard Strategies does not promise or guarantee:

Income

Revenue

Profit

Clients

Customers

Sales

Leads

Return on investment

Business growth

Any particular commercial result

Any examples, illustrations, demonstrations, case studies, or testimonials are provided for educational or illustrative purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise of what you will achieve.

Your results depend on factors including your market, offer, pricing, implementation, skills, experience, effort, timing, competition, customer demand, and other circumstances outside White Beard Strategies’ control.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Challenge and all related materials are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

White Beard Strategies does not warrant that:

The Challenge will meet every participant’s expectations

Any particular AI tool will remain available

Any specific technique will remain effective indefinitely

Third-party services will operate without interruption

AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate

Participation will produce a particular business result

AI and technology change rapidly. Training that is accurate when delivered may require adaptation as platforms, models, policies, and tools change.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, White Beard Strategies LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Challenge.

This includes, without limitation, claims relating to:

Lost profits

Lost revenue

Business interruption

Loss of data

Third-party platform changes

Customer disputes

Reliance on AI-generated content

Participant business decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of White Beard Strategies LLC arising from or related to the Challenge will not exceed the amount you paid for the Challenge.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. Participant Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Beard Strategies LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your business activities

Your marketing or sales claims

Your products or services

Your customer relationships

Your misuse of Challenge materials

Your violation of third-party rights

Your violation of applicable law

Your violation of these Terms

18. Privacy

Participation in the Challenge is also subject to the White Beard Strategies LLC Privacy Policy:

19. Earnings and Product Disclaimer

Your participation is also subject to the White Beard Strategies Earnings and Product Disclaimer:

20. Changes to the Challenge

White Beard Strategies may make reasonable changes to the Challenge curriculum, schedule, delivery method, instructors, resources, platforms, or technology when necessary.

Any material changes will be made in a manner intended to preserve the general purpose and value of the Challenge.

21. Changes to These Terms

White Beard Strategies may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

If a material change affects an active participant, White Beard Strategies may provide notice by email, through the Challenge platform, or by another reasonable method.

22. Termination of Access

White Beard Strategies may suspend or terminate access to the Challenge for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

Termination may occur for reasons including:

Unauthorized sharing of materials

Copyright infringement

Fraudulent activity

Harassment

Abuse of the private community

Unauthorized resale of protected White Beard Strategies materials

Misrepresentation of affiliation with White Beard Strategies

Termination for violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Challenge must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Alabama, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The affected provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

25. No Waiver

Failure by White Beard Strategies to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable registration page, Privacy Policy, Earnings and Product Disclaimer, and any written license terms specifically provided with the Designated Sellable AI Skill, constitute the agreement between you and White Beard Strategies regarding the Challenge.

If separate written license terms are provided with a particular Sellable AI Skill, those specific license terms control with respect to that skill if they conflict with the general resale provisions in these Terms.

You are responsible for turning that skill into your own offer

White Beard Strategies does not promise clients, customers, sales, income, or business results

AI tools and platforms may change over time

Third-party platform terms may affect how you use or sell AI-related products

White Beard Strategies retains ownership of its training materials and other intellectual property

The resale license applies only to the Designated Sellable AI Skill and not to the Challenge itself

Your business decisions, marketing, pricing, customer relationships, and compliance obligations remain your responsibility

These Terms are governed by Alabama law
