Participants must be members of the AI Prompts for Entrepreneurs group at the time of entry.
The Grand Prize (iPad) is open to U.S. residents only.
Membership and digital prizes are available internationally unless otherwise restricted by law.

3. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on 2 March and ends upon reaching 500,000 members in the AI Prompts for Entrepreneurs group.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the required actions outlined in the official Campaign announcement, which may include:
Sharing the group or Campaign post
Tagging entrepreneur friends
Commenting on designated posts
Submitting a video testimonial (optional for additional eligibility)
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
A purchase or membership enrollment will not increase chances of winning.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries unless otherwise stated.
Video testimonial winners will be selected based on clarity, authenticity, and alignment with community values.
Winners will be announced publicly within 7 days of Campaign completion.
Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Video Testimonial Release
By submitting a video testimonial, participants:
Grant Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, publish, distribute, and display the content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Confirm the content is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.
Acknowledge no additional compensation will be provided beyond potential prize eligibility.

8. Membership Terms
Any AI Insiders memberships awarded or purchased during this Campaign:
Are subject to standard membership terms and conditions.
Automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with membership policy.
May not be transferred or resold.

9. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Violates platform rules
Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods
Provides false information
Engages in spam behavior

10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
Technical failures
Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries
Platform outages
Shipping delays
Tax obligations associated with prizes

By accepting a prize, winners consent to:
