GPT LAUNCHpad™ Terms and Conditions

By purchasing access to the GPT LAUNCHpad™ Training (the "Training"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing access to and participating in the Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the Training.

2. Description of Service

GPT LAUNCHpad™ is a comprehensive online training program designed to help participants create, optimize, and launch their own CustomGPT applications. The Training includes live training sessions, Q&A periods, access to a private community, templates, implementation guides, and AI development resources to help participants build professional-grade CustomGPT solutions.

3. Eligibility & Prerequisites

Participants must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. To participate effectively, you must have access to:

- A ChatGPT Plus subscription or Team/Enterprise account

- A stable internet connection

- Basic computer skills and web browser

- Any additional third-party tools recommended during the Training

No prior programming or technical experience is required.

4. Registration and Payment

To participate in the Training, you must register and pay the stated fee.

- All payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or a selected payment gateway

- Prices are subject to change, but confirmed registrations will not be affected by future price adjustments

- Payment plans may be available and are subject to the terms specified at checkout

5. Access and Materials

Live Training Access Includes:

- Live training sessions throughout the program duration

- Real-time Q&A sessions

- Private GPT LAUNCHpad™ community access

- Implementation worksheets and templates

- CustomGPT development frameworks

- Launch strategies and marketing guides

Replay Access Includes:

- Recordings of all live sessions

- Continued access to training resources

- Community access for ongoing support

- Updates to materials as the platform evolves

Replay access will remain available through 2025 unless removed due to third-party platform restrictions.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program and the immediate delivery of training materials, no refunds will be issued. By enrolling, you agree to commit to full participation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided in the Training—including but not limited to training sessions, prompts, templates, CustomGPT frameworks, development guides, and launch strategies—are the intellectual property of White Beard Strategies LLC and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without express written permission.

8. User Obligations

Participants agree to:

- Use the content solely for their own learning and business application

- Maintain access confidentiality (no sharing login details or content externally)

- Follow best practices and ethical guidelines for AI development

- Abide by OpenAI's usage policies when creating CustomGPTs

You may NOT:

- Resell or distribute any Training content

- Use the training to create competing educational offerings

- Share proprietary materials outside the Training community

- Create CustomGPTs that violate OpenAI's terms of service

9. Private Community Conduct

Participation in the private GPT LAUNCHpad™ community is contingent upon:

- Respectful, constructive communication

- No self-promotion, spamming, or soliciting without permission

- Confidentiality of Training strategies and discussions

- Supportive collaboration with fellow participants

Violation may result in removal from the community without refund.

10. Technical Support and Limitations

We provide technical support through:

- Training Q&A sessions

- Community posts and moderator guidance

- Resource documentation and troubleshooting guides

We are not responsible for:

- Functionality or uptime of OpenAI services or CustomGPT platform

- Changes to third-party tools or APIs

- Internet connectivity or device issues

- CustomGPT approval or rejection by OpenAI

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Training is provided "as-is" for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

- Specific outcomes, financial or otherwise

- CustomGPT approval or success

- Continuous access to OpenAI platforms

- Any particular level of user adoption or engagement

Your results will vary based on your implementation, market factors, and the quality of your CustomGPT.
