By purchasing access to the Image Impact Challenge (the "Challenge"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before participating in the Image Impact Challenge operated by White Beard Strategies LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing access to and participating in the Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not participate in the Challenge.

Description of Service

The Image Impact Challenge is a 3-day online training program that teaches participants how to create consistent, branded AI-generated images. The Challenge includes live training sessions, Q&A periods, access to a private Facebook group, exclusive custom AI image prompting tools, a bonus follow-up Q&A session, and learning resources designed to simplify image creation workflows.

Eligibility & Prerequisites

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.Participants are responsible for maintaining valid accounts with any AI tools, including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Stable Diffusion, or other third-party platforms referenced during the Challenge. These accounts must remain in good standing for smooth participation. No prior experience with AI tools is required, but basic familiarity with technology is recommended.

Registration and Payment

To participate in the Challenge, you must register and pay the required fee.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our selected payment processor. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect registrations already purchased.

Access and Materials

Live Challenge Access Includes:

Live training sessions from December 17-19, 2024.

Q&A periods following each session.

Private Facebook group access.

All challenge materials and resources.

Limited technical support during the Challenge period.

Replay Access Includes:

Recordings of all training sessions.

All challenge materials and resources.F

acebook group access for continued support.

Replay access will remain available indefinitely, unless removed due to third-party platform restrictions (e.g., Facebook or YouTube).

Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive and time-sensitive nature of the Image Impact Challenge, plus the immediate access to valuable digital content, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing access, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a commitment to fully participate in the Challenge.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in the Challenge—including but not limited to: Training materials and methodologies. FLUX LoRA techniques. Custom AI image prompting GPT Tools, digital downloads, graphics, logos, and images. Workflow strategies. These materials are the intellectual property of White Beard Strategies LLC and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material from the Challenge without our prior written consent.

User Obligations

You agree to: Use the Challenge and its content for lawful purposes only. Ensure your own access to AI tools and platforms. Follow best practices and guidelines provided in the Challenge. Respect the intellectual property rights of all content.

You agree NOT to:

Share access to the Challenge or its materials with anyone. Distribute Challenge content or resources. Resell or commercialize Challenge content. Share proprietary information, training methods, or tools outside the Challenge.

Facebook Group Rules

Participation in the private Facebook group is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and our group-specific guidelines. By joining, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of content and discussions within the group.Avoid sharing proprietary Challenge or group information outside the group.Refrain from engaging in promotional activities or sales within the group. Failure to follow group rules may result in the removal of your access to the group without a refund.

Technical Support and Platform Disclaimer

We provide limited technical support through:

The private Facebook group. Designated Q&A sessions. Challenge-specific support channels.

Please note, we are not responsible for: Performance or availability of third-party AI tools or platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, or any others). Policy changes or feature updates by those platforms. Internet connectivity or technical issues.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Challenge is provided "as is" without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties regarding specific outcomes. While we provide actionable frameworks, tools, and workflows, we do not guarantee: Exact results for participants. Performance or availability of third-party AI tools. Continuous or indefinite access to platform features or tools. Success in branding, marketing, or revenue goals. Your outcomes will depend on various factors, including your creativity, application of the methods, and effort.

Changes to Terms
