SELFscribe™ Challenge REPLAY Terms and Conditions

By purchasing access to the SELFscribe™ Challenge (the "Challenge"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Payment and Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. White Beard Strategies LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

3. Intellectual Property:

a) White Beard Strategies LLC retains all rights to the Challenge content, SELFscribe™ tool, and associated materials.

b) Sharing or reselling access to the Challenge or SELFscribe™ tool is strictly prohibited.

c) Content created by participants using the SELFscribe™ tool belongs to the respective participants.

4. Access: Participants will have access to Challenge materials and the community portal at least through the end of 2024. White Beard Strategies LLC reserves the right to remove access at any time thereafter.

5. Disclaimer: While we guarantee that Challenge sessions will be held and participants will receive access to the SELFscribe™ mega-prompt, we make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from using our products or services.

6. Technical Requirements: Participants must have access to Facebook and an AI tool such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. The SELFscribe™ mega-prompt has been tested only on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, although the resulting tone/style prompt snippet should work on most AI tools.

7. Privacy: Our handling of participant data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://whitebeardstrategies.com/privacy-policy/

8. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Live sessions cannot be rescheduled. If a participant misses a live session, they may access the replay.

9. Limitation of Liability: White Beard Strategies LLC and Jonathan Mast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Challenge or SELFscribe™ tool. By participating in the Challenge, you agree to release and hold harmless White Beard Strategies LLC and Jonathan Mast from any claims arising from your participation.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Challenge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Newaygo County, Michigan.

11. Modifications: White Beard Strategies LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Challenge or

SELFscribe™ tool after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

By purchasing access to the SELFscribe™ Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
