AI is exploding... but most consultants are either stuck selling one-off projects, unsure how to monetize it properly, or thinking they’re “not technical enough.”
Meanwhile, consumer distrust is rising, legislation is coming, and businesses are unprepared. The opportunity is real.
This webinar reveals seven AI revenue streams, from governance and policy development to fractional CAIO roles and training, and shows how to stack them within one client.
It’s the framework for turning AI knowledge into a structured, repeatable practice.
If you already advise clients, you may already be doing this work informally.
This session shows you how to formalize it, package it, and get paid for it, repeatedly.
This is not about coding. It's not about building AI tools. It's about building a structured advisory practice around responsible AI that generates real, recurring revenue...

Vinnie Fisher doesn't just advise on AI trust. He built the company solving it.
After a 26-year career as a corporate business attorney, Vinnie built and exited three 7–8 figure companies generating over $400M in sales. That background - legal, operational, and entrepreneurial - gives him a perspective on AI governance that no purely technical expert can match. He sees what's at stake for businesses, because he's run them.
That experience led him to found SiteTrust, focused on independent AI verification and certification, and to begin writing his next book: The AI Advisory Practice: Your Path to Becoming the Expert Companies Trust.
He's not here to talk theory. He's here to hand you the blueprint.
