4. Registration and Payment

4.1. To participate in the Challenge, you must register and pay the required fee.

4.2. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our selected payment processor.

4.3. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect registrations already accepted.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Due to the exclusive and time-sensitive nature of the newsletterNINJA™ Challenge, as well as the immediate access to valuable digital content, no refunds will be issued.

5.2. By purchasing access to the Challenge, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a commitment to participate fully in the program.

5.3. We encourage all potential participants to carefully review the Challenge details and requirements before making a purchase to ensure it aligns with their needs and expectations.

5.4. While refunds are not available, we are committed to delivering high-quality content and support throughout the Challenge to ensure you receive maximum value from your investment.

6.1. All content provided in the Challenge, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of White Beard Strategies LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Facebook Group Rules

8.1. Participation in the private Facebook group is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and our group-specific rules.

8.2. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of discussions within the group and not share Challenge content outside the group.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Challenge is provided "as is" without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. We do not guarantee any specific results from participating in the Challenge.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, White Beard Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. AI Tools and Third-Party Services

11.1. The Challenge may require the use of third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these tools.

11.2. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
