THRIVE Program Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in the THRIVE: A 91-Day Entrepreneur Journey program ("Program").

1. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

By enrolling in THRIVE, you agree to:

- A 13-week commitment starting January 14th, 2025

- Weekly payments of $47 (Base Program) or $147 (VIP Experience)

- Automatic billing in accordance with your selected payment plan

- Complete all required enrollment information accurately

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Billing Schedule

- Payments are processed weekly

- First payment due upon enrollment

- Subsequent payments automatically charged every 7 days

2.2 Payment Methods

- All major credit/debit cards accepted

- Payment processing through secure third-party processors

2.3 Failed Payments

- Access may be suspended if payment fails

- $25 fee for returned payments

- Responsibility to maintain valid payment information

3. PROGRAM ACCESS

3.1 Duration

- Core program: 91 days (13 weeks)

- Extended community access through December 31st, 2025

- All program materials accessible during active enrollment

3.2 Content Delivery

- Weekly live sessions

- Replay access within 24 hours

- Resource library updated regularly

- Community access via designated platform

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Program Materials

- All content is proprietary to THRIVE

- Materials for personal use only

- No sharing, reselling, or distribution permitted

- Copyright and trademark rights reserved

4.2 User Content

- You retain rights to your original content

- Grant license for program-related use

- Community contributions may be featured anonymously

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

5.1 Cancellation Policy

- No refunds after program start

- Written cancellation required before January 14th, 2025

- Processing fee may apply to cancellations

5.2 Program Modifications

- Right to modify schedule reserved

- Reasonable notice provided for changes

- Alternative dates/times offered when possible

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants agree to:

- Maintain professional behavior

- Respect confidentiality

- Follow community guidelines

- No harassment or discrimination

- No promotion of external services without permission

7. DISCLAIMERS

7.1 Results

- Individual results may vary

- No guarantee of specific outcomes

- Success depends on implementation

- Testimonials represent individual experiences

7.2 Technical Requirements

- Participant responsible for internet access

- Compatible device required

- Minimum bandwidth recommendations provided

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- Program provided "as is"

- No liability for indirect damages

- Maximum liability limited to program fees paid

- Force majeure provisions apply

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Participants agree to:

- Maintain confidentiality of program materials

- Protect other participants' privacy

- Not share access credentials

- Report unauthorized access

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

- Terminate access for violation of terms

- Remove participants for conduct violations

- Modify or discontinue program features

- Retain payments for services rendered
